About Course
Overview This Masters-level qualification enables learners to gain knowledge and understanding of various branches of law, develop an analytical and critical approach to the application of UK and international legal principles, and understand the appropriateness of dealing with certain aspects of behaviour within the law. It provides learners with an understanding of law in the context of business to equip them with the abilities needed to work with advanced legal issues in a global context.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to a Master’s top-up (LLM or similar) with advanced standing at UK universities. Learners must complete a 60-credit dissertation with a university partner to achieve a full Master’s award. Career pathways include international trade lawyer, compliance director, corporate counsel, intellectual property specialist, financial crime investigator and legal consultant.
