About Course

Overview This Masters-level qualification is designed to meet the needs of senior managers responsible for projects and provides a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental topics needed to manage business projects within a complex and ever-changing environment. It develops a deeper understanding of both theoretical and practical aspects of project, programme and portfolio management, facilitating the essential skills and competences necessary to plan, monitor, control and deliver successful projects, programmes and portfolios.

Assessment All units are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Assessment is via assignment submission only. No exams.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to a Master’s top-up with advanced standing at UK universities. Learners must complete a 60-credit dissertation with a university partner to achieve a full Master’s award. Career pathways include head of project delivery, programme director, PMO director, senior procurement manager, portfolio manager and project management consultant.
