About Course
Overview The OTHM Level 4 Certificate in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion develops learners’ knowledge and understanding of how to effectively promote and review equality, diversity and inclusive practice in a learning environment. Learners explore how to analyse and implement regulatory frameworks relating to EDI, collaborate with colleagues to support lifelong learning, and critically review their own practice to ensure they create learning environments that genuinely value equality, diversity and inclusivity. Successful completion enables learners to work in a variety of roles requiring detailed knowledge of EDI theory and application.

Assessment All units are internally assessed and internally quality assured by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Assessment is by written assignments. No exams.

Progression and Career Outcomes Career pathways include EDI coordinator, inclusion lead, equality officer, learning support manager, widening participation officer and education policy adviser in further education colleges, universities, apprenticeship providers, schools and the voluntary sector.
