Overview This qualification equips learners with the underpinning knowledge, understanding and skills required for a career or further study in the health and social care sector at a managerial level. The units combine both theoretical and practical knowledge and develop skills in equality, diversity, professional development, patient assessment, resource management, communication and health and safety.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to the OTHM Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or direct entry to Year 2 of a UK Bachelor’s degree in Health and Social Care.
