Overview This qualification equips learners with the underpinning knowledge, understanding and skills required for a career or further study in the health and social care sector at a managerial level. The Level 5 units develop skills in effective partnership working, managing the care of vulnerable individuals, team management, professional supervision, health education, promoting wellbeing and research methods.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to the OTHM Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management or direct entry to the final year of a UK Bachelor’s degree.
