Overview This qualification provides learners with an in-depth understanding of the operations and structure of businesses. It equips learners with the underpinning knowledge, understanding and skills associated with business activities including business communication, the business environment, people management, customer service, finance and marketing.

Assessment All units are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Assessment is via assignment submission only. No exams.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to OTHM Level 4 Diploma in Business Management and direct entry to Year 1 of a UK Bachelor’s degree at universities including Bangor, De Montfort, University of Sunderland and University of Greater Manchester. Career opportunities include business administrator, customer service manager, team leader and marketing assistant.
