About Course
Overview This qualification builds on Level 4 with a deeper focus on core and specialist legal subjects. Learners develop knowledge and understanding of company law, employment law, international business law, land law, tort law and legal research methods — all contributing to preparation for the Solicitors Qualifying Examination. It equips learners to progress to the final year of an LLB degree or to the postgraduate Level 7 qualification.

Progression and Career Outcomes Progression to the OTHM Level 7 Diploma in International Business Law or direct entry to Year 3 (final year) of a UK LLB degree. Career pathways include solicitor trainee, barrister pupil, legal adviser, in-house counsel and compliance manager.
