Overview This qualification develops learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in logistics and supply chain management. It equips learners with knowledge that underpins effective management in the sector, covering business strategy, procurement, inventory management, risk assessment, supply chain globalisation, contract and financial management, and the factors that dominate contemporary supply chain management.
