About Course
Overview This 240-credit qualification combines the content of the Level 4 and Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training Management into a single programme. Equivalent to the first two years of a UK Bachelor’s degree, it covers both foundational and advanced education and training management content, preparing learners for direct entry to the final year of a UK degree.
Please note: This qualification does not enable learners to apply for QTLS or become a recognised qualified teacher, but it does provide the knowledge and skills to prepare learners for a teaching role.

Assessment All units are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Assessment is via assignment submission only. No exams.

Progression and Career Outcomes Direct entry to the final year of a UK Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Career opportunities include education manager, head of department, training director, learning and development manager and senior curriculum coordinator.
