About Course
Overview This postgraduate-level qualification develops learners’ understanding of policy, management theory and practice in health and social care. It provides an opportunity to engage with the challenges facing professionals, service users and policy makers in the sector. The qualification combines theoretical and practical knowledge in areas of leading change, effective performance, planning and accountability and team leadership, preparing learners for senior management roles or Master’s level study.

Assessment All units are internally assessed by the centre and externally verified by OTHM. Assessment is via assignment submission only. No exams.
