Overview
International Trade Law offers a comprehensive and informed analysis of the complexities of an international sale transaction through case law, policy documents, legislation, international conventions and rules adopted by international organisations. In this unit, learners will be able to understand international sales transaction, environmental analysis while doing international trade, legal issues and financial forecasting process.
At the end of this module, you should be able to
LO1 – Critically explain the concept of strategic trade, environmental competition and preferential trade arrangements in the international trade
LO2 – Evaluate the underlying principles, practices, rules and regulation of international sales contracts.
LO3 – Assess various issues associated with organisation trading globally.

- You are required to submit only one assignment to pass this unit.
- Pass marks of the assignment are 40%. Any mark above 40% is Pass (100% achieved).
- At this level of the course, learners are expected to independently plan and write their coursework
